Locums CRNA Inpatient Spokane, WA (Any State License Accepted) Why This Role Long-term full-time CRNA opportunity through May 2027 High-volume, high-acuity surgical program at a regional referral center Flexible 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts Epic EMR Opportunity to work across two Providence facilities in Spokane Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: May 31, 2027 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Setting: Inpatient Schedule: Full-time coverage Minimum 3 shifts per week (full-time availability required) Variable 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts based on surgical schedule No call EMR: Epic Requirements Board Certified CRNA Any active U.S. state license accepted DEA required ACLS and PALS certifications Top-tier trauma anesthesia experience required Full-time availability (week-on/week-off and piecemeal schedules not accepted) Clinical Details Provide anesthesia services in a high-volume inpatient surgical program Adult and pediatric general anesthesia cases Head and spine procedures Complex orthopedic and vascular cases May rotate between Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center and Providence Holy Family Hospital (approximately 15 minutes apart) Overtime applies after 40 hours per week No guaranteed hours due to procedural scheduling variability
