$20 - $25 hourly

• Coordinate and manage patient appointments to ensure efficient clinic operations and minimize wait times.
• Communicate clearly and warmly with patients and families to confirm appointments and address scheduling inquiries.
• Collaborate with dental staff to optimize appointment slots and accommodate urgent care needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Assist in developing and implementing scheduling policies that enhance patient satisfaction and clinic productivity.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and staff.
• Provide support in the reception area, greeting patients and facilitating a welcoming environment for all visitors.

• Experience in dental scheduling or a similar role, ensuring smooth and efficient appointment management.
• Ability to communicate warmly and effectively, creating a welcoming environment for all patients.
• Proven track record of maintaining accurate and secure patient records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software and other office technology to streamline operations.
• Ability to collaborate with dental providers to optimize their schedules and maximize efficiency.
• Experience in handling patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and clarity, enhancing patient satisfaction.
