Position Summary The TeamConvergeSPORTS is a product-driven business combining Deloitte's sports industry experience with proprietary data, AI-native decision intelligence, and reusable Converge capabilities. We help sports organizations grow revenue, deepen fan engagement, optimize partnerships, and improve commercial performance while operating with the focus of a product company. Our teams work with leagues, teams, venues, rights holders, media organizations, sponsors, and brands across fan data, digital experiences, and commercial analytics. Work you’ll doAs the AEN Product Manager, you will support the AEN product roadmap end to end, turning market and stakeholder needs into requirements Engineering and Design can execute against. Your work will include:Maintain the AEN backlog, including story refinement, acceptance criteria, sequencing, and acceptance of completed work.Contribute to the AEN roadmap and release plan under the direction of senior product leadership.Conduct stakeholder and user discovery to document workflows, pain points, and requirements.Write requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for AEN capabilities.Partner with Engineering, Data, and Design to clarify requirements and unblock delivery day to day.Run backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and demonstrations, and track follow-up items to closure.Define and monitor adoption and usage measures for AEN, and surface findings to product leadership.Coordinate release readiness activities, including test support, documentation, and launch checklists.Build product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials for internal and client-facing teams.The successful candidate would possess these skills:Bias toward structuring ambiguity into something concrete, even when the initial ask is incomplete.Attention to detail in written requirements, with an instinct for the edge cases others miss.Comfort asking direct questions of engineers, designers, and senior stakeholders.Willingness to own unglamorous follow-through and close the loop without being asked twice.Curiosity about the sports business and how commercial decisions get made.Qualifications Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Sport Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.4+ years of professional experience in product management, business analysis, product operations, partnership or sponsorship activation, or a comparable role.2+ years of experience gathering requirements and working directly with technical or engineering teams.1+ years of experience using Agile product tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:Experience in sports, media, entertainment, or collegiate athletics organizations.Experience with sponsorship, partnership, or brand activation programs.Hands-on experience with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI.Experience writing product requirements or user stories for a software product.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
