Network Contracts Coordinator

Position Overview This is not a remote role. Applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled. Position: Network Contracting Specialist Location: Honolulu, HI Pay: $17 to $18/hour Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office/Project Coordinator. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Type: Full-time; Contract Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Job Description Monitor and process incoming faxes, mail, and emails related to contracting activities. Enter and monitor data into applicable department tracking tools/applications. Perform distribution of time‑sensitive contract‑related documents and correspondence, including mail, fax, and email. Organize, prioritize, communicate, and manage workload effectively and efficiently. Prepare standard provider contracts and welcome packets. Route and monitor provider contracts and amendments for signature (internally and externally). Maintain contracts (soft and hard copy files). Assist with the preparation, tracking, and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Organize, track, and support the manager in responding to provider fee increase requests. All other duties assigned. Position Requirements Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Professional communication and telephonic etiquette skills. Ability to solve problems, analyze, think critically, and make good judgments. Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a diverse, demanding, and evolving environment. Excellent conflict and problem resolution skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills.
