About the Role
The Company is seeking an SVP of People to lead the full spectrum of HR functions, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, total rewards, and people operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and executing a people strategy that supports the company's rapid growth and is tailored to a distributed, remote workforce. This includes developing and implementing a no-fault attendance framework, a protected leave matrix, and a governance model that aligns with the company's operational needs. The role also involves building a culture of learning, and internal communications, and owning the company's culture as a deliverable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior people leadership, experience in a similar industry, and a hands-on, data-driven approach to HR. Applicants for the SVP of People position at the company should have a background in leading people strategy for a distributed or remote workforce, with a focus on shift-based, hourly, or clinical populations. The role requires a candidate with a strong operational focus, experience in talent acquisition, and a proven ability to build and manage a high-volume staffing funnel. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multi-state employment laws, particularly in the areas of attendance and leave, and experience in designing and rolling out compensation architecture. Executive presence, the ability to work with a diverse range of employees, and a genuine strength in talent acquisition are essential. The company is looking for a leader who can not only manage the current team but also build and develop the next generation of managers, and who is passionate about creating a cohesive, high-performing, and engaged workforce.
