Quality Technician

Pay: $17.50 - $22, based on experience
Schedule: M-Thurs 6:30am-3:30pm, Fri 6:30am-12:30p

We're hiring a Quality Technician for a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone with quality control experience who enjoys inspections, problem-solving, and ensuring products meet customer and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
Complete quality documentation and inspection records
- CARC Logs, FAI documentation and other related quality records
Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
Assist with testing/evaluating of coating and paint-related issues
Communicate quality concerns with production teams
Support process improvements and quality initiatives

Qualifications

Manufacturing quality control experience preferred
Experience with first article inspections, spec interpretation/compliance, and former QC background preferred
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
