Channel Marketing Manager

Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid) Hybrid schedule: 2 to 3 days onsite per week at Adobe campus Duration: 1 Year Team: US Digital B2B GTM Global Key Responsibilities Join Adobe’s Education Product Marketing team and help drive digital creativity and fluency for next-generation learners through Adobe Acrobat Studio, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, and related offerings. The Sr. GTM Manager for B2B Education is a key member of the global GTM team focused on driving growth across Adobe’s B2B Education business. This role requires strong experience in B2B go-to-market strategy, especially within reseller and channel-driven environments. You will partner cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, and regional teams to execute GTM initiatives that drive business growth and improve operational execution. Required Skills & Qualifications Drive execution of go-to-market strategies by aligning cross-functional teams and enabling channel partners Identify new growth opportunities and lead rollout of strategic initiatives across the education business Support pipeline growth frameworks across multiple Adobe offerings and routes to market Collaborate with Channel and Partner Marketing teams to develop enablement content, messaging, and partner-facing materials Design and manage channel incentive programs and pricing models Own business tracking, reporting, metrics, and performance management for the segment Partner with regional and country leaders to localize GTM strategy for global execution Act as a GTM overlay across programs and initiatives to ensure operational alignment and progress. Education & Experience 8+ years of experience in marketing, software, high tech, or management consulting Strong background in B2B GTM strategy and execution Experience supporting reseller or channel partner ecosystems preferred Proven ability leading cross-functional initiatives across global teams Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience using data to drive business decisions and performance optimization High AI literacy with the ability to automate routine tasks using AI tools. Preferred Experience B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments Global go-to-market operations Channel enablement and partner marketing Pricing strategy and incentive program management #J-18808-Ljbffr
