The ideal candidate will possess a strong fitness background, exceptional motivational skills, and the ability to create challenging and engaging workouts that cater to participants of all fitness levels. Responsibilities Lead high-energy fitness bootcamp classes that combine cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and functional movements to provide a comprehensive full-body workout experience. Design and implement diverse and creative workout routines that incorporate a variety of equipment and exercises, ensuring participants are engaged and challenged throughout each session. Motivate and inspire participants to push beyond their limits, achieve their fitness goals, and maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere within the class. Provide clear and concise instruction on proper exercise form and technique, ensuring participants perform exercises safely and effectively to minimize risk of injury. Build rapport with participants by actively engaging with them, providing encouragement and feedback, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding fitness and exercise. Ensure all fitness equipment is properly set up, maintained, and stored before and after each class, and report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management. Qualifications Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, or equivalent certification from a recognized fitness organization. Previous experience leading group fitness classes, preferably in a bootcamp or similar setting. Strong understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics, with the ability to teach proper form and technique for various exercises. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels. CPR/AED certification and knowledge of basic first aid principles.
