MD1/MD2/MD1 Friday MD1 is onsite 7a until ~5:30p covering OR and OB and then available by phone Voalte 5:30p-7a. Saturday MD2: available by phone as back-up to MD1 Sunday MD1: available by phone Voalte MD2/MD1/MD2 Friday MD2 is onsite 7a until ~5:30p supervising CRNAs then available as back-up by phone Voalte 5:30p-7a Saturday MD1: available by phone Voalte Sunday MD2: available by phone as backup to MD1 Work Details: • EMR/Charting Software: epic • Patient Age Group: adult and peds Procedures: General plastics orthopedics urology gynecology endoscopy and healthy pediatric cases Regional anesthesia skills strongly preferred Endoscopy providers should be comfortable managing 16-20 cases/day Ability to perform blocks including pediatric blocks. The physician should be able to do various blocks including but not limited to peds. • **OB proficiency required** Overnight call in-house preferred. Call suite with private bathroom available. MD1 call physician must remain onsite for running epidural TOLAC or high-risk obstetric patient in labor Requirements: • Board Certifications Req’d • State Licenses: MA • Certifications: ACLS BLS ABA eligible • DEA Req’d?: yes • Years of Experience Req’d: 1 Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Willing To License?: no Name Clear: Name and NPI # Travel: All inclusive. OT and Call back is the same as the regular rate. Holiday is 1.4. The first 8 hrs of orientation are non-billable. 24 hr call needs to have 4 hrs gratis. Shift Info: Night 2x24-Hour 19:00 - 07:00
