About the Role

The Company is in search of a part-time Executive Director to lead its philanthropic efforts. The successful candidate will be the primary public representative, responsible for building the Foundation's presence and network, and for cultivating relationships with partners that align with the Foundation's focus areas. This role is deeply relational and strategic, with a strong emphasis on being the face of the Foundation in the community. The Executive Director will also be involved in the due diligence process for prospective partners, maintaining relationships with funded partners, and contributing to the Foundation's strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will have a significant professional background in the nonprofit, philanthropic, or social sector, and a deep familiarity with the local community, including established relationships. They should be a strategic thinker, a great networker, and possess the initiative and ownership to operate in an entrepreneurial environment. Candidates for the Executive Director position at the company should be prepared for a role that is not purely administrative, but rather one that requires a high level of engagement, influence, and a commitment to the values of the Foundation.
