Human Resources Manager - Contract to Hire -Loveland, CO About the Role We’re partnering with a growing aerospace R&D organization in Loveland, CO that is expanding and investing in its people function ( ~ 30 employees). This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, standalone HR role reporting directly to executive leadership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, wearing multiple hats, and influencing company growth. What You’ll Do Lead all HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding Oversee benefits administration and employee support Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Partner with leadership on organizational planning and engagement Build and improve HR processes, policies, and best practices Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership What We’re Looking For 5+ years of progressive HR experience Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities Hands‑on, adaptable, and proactive mindset Work Environment Initially onsite in Loveland, CO Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule Why Apply Pays $55 -57/hr Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term potential High‑visibility role reporting to leadership Opportunity to build and shape HR from the ground up Hybrid work schedule Competitive compensation and a generous benefits package upon conversion Interested?
