Responsibilities of Accounting/Office Administrator Job in OKC:
Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll data entry
Month end close assistance
Ensure proper reporting
Collecting and tracking W-9's, insurance certificates, and lien wavers
Answering phones, routing messages, handling mail, ordering office supplies, and assisting HR when needed
Provide requested documentation for accounting leaders
Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications of Accounting/Office Administrator Job in OKC
5+ years of office administration and accounting experience
Experience working within QuickBooks Online
