All About Kids, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team of experienced professionals. As a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will be responsible for providing exceptional speech therapy services to children with developmental delays.

About the Role:

As a Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) at All About Kids, Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children, from early intervention to school age, and make a meaningful impact on their lives. Our comprehensive services include evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions, consultations, and service coordination, all designed to address the unique needs of each child. As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess communication skills and identify areas of need

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders

• Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to children with varying communication needs

• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and effective treatment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and therapy sessions

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and industry developments

Compensation

• $80 - $90 per hour for Clinical Fellows / $110 - $135 per hour for Licensed Speech Therapists

• Potential annual compensation range up to $125,000

• Paid sick leave

Clinical Fellows Only:
