Position Overview The candidate will be a Senior Manager within the Commercial Banking Consulting practice focusing on Business and Technology Transformation in the wholesale lending industry. Responsibilities Become a trusted advisor for C‑suite clients looking to solve critical business problems Define client business and technology strategy Re‑imagine world‑class operating models for wholesale credit institutions Lead wholesale credit systems implementation engagements (requirements, design, test, deployment, etc.) Manage all parts of projects, from client buy‑in to planning, budgeting, and execution Source and coordinate work from other internal workforces Develop next‑generation wholesale credit technology offerings Drive business development and originate new client opportunities Build reputation as an industry thought leader Travel up to 80% within the United States and Canada Qualifications Minimum of 10 years relevant professional services experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development Minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial credit industry (sales, underwriting, closing, servicing, portfolio management) Demonstrated experience leading a large‑scale commercial credit transformation across operating model, technology, and data/AI workstreams Demonstrated experience managing relationships with C‑suite client executives Bachelor’s degree Bonus Points Launched new product offerings in the banking industry Implemented next‑generation analytic capabilities (e.g., predictive, generative, or agentic AI) for commercial lending Experience with additional commercial lending industry platforms (e.g., Moody’s, Bloomberg, etc.) Advanced degree or financial industry certification Professional Skills Proven ability to operate within a collaborative environment Demonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian High energy, focus, and ability to work well in demanding client environments Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills Strong leadership, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilitiesli> Unquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and character Compensation Compensation varies depending on office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
