- An Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst is a subject matter expert (SME) and technical lead for outpatient, retail, and specialty pharmacy workflows within the Epic Willow Ambulatory module.
- The role focuses on application support, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient safe medication operations.
