Job Description

Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing/Industrial)

*Ensures the preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance is performed in the areas of responsibility to maintain them in good functioning to comply with production requirements and standardization expectations.
*Ensures the repair, installation, and maintenance of equipment are conducted according to the established requirements and in compliance with applicable regulations.
*Supervises in House and subcontracted jobs in the area of responsibility to ensure compliance with the established requirements and company policies, as applicable.
*Train maintenance and calibration technicians to execute forecasted planned/ corrective/emergency/calibration/ predictive maintenance and project support for assigned assets.
*Manages allocation of technicians in collaboration with operations and scheduler.
*Troubleshooting of utilities and manufacturing equipment and effective operation of manufacturing systems and utilities systems according to applicable regulations.
*Supports change management leadership to implement Maintenance strategies and initiatives at site.
*Establishes a high performance and continuous improvement culture driven by key performance metrics, benchmarking and sharing of best practices.
*Contributes to the development of organizational talent strategy.

- Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar industrial maintenance role.
- Strong technical knowledge of all building and mechanical systems
- Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations.
- Understanding of budgeting and performance management.
- Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
- An eye for detail.
- Candidates must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Salaried Position - when overtime is worked, it will be paid on top of base salary; Saturdays (time and a half), and Sundays (double pay). Must be comfortable working overtime.
