(USA) Tire & Battery Technician - Automotive Riverside, CA Sam's Club #6378 6363 Valley Springs Pkwy Riverside, CA 92507-0905 Salary: $21.00 – $29.00 per hour Shift: May vary Position Summary As a Tire & Battery Center Technician you will provide safe and efficient service in the sales and service areas of the department, collaborate with associates, and deliver value to our members. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educate associates, and mentor new technicians. Demonstrate knowledge of safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and packaging rules. Leverage digital tools to plan for sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Communicate equipment, tools, and supply needs; track and monitor returns and special orders; operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate inventory and compliance records. Advocate brand values, develop, influence, and inspire others. Comply with company policies, procedures, ethics, and action plans. Identify priorities, meet deadlines, communicate progress, and recommend improvements. Embrace diversity, build trust, and motivate team members in a supportive environment.
