Reliable Security Staffing LLC is on the lookout for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Support team in a full-time, remote capacity. This entry-level role offers a unique opportunity to engage directly with our clients as they transition into utilizing our security services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, you will play a vital role in guiding new customers through the onboarding process, addressing questions, and providing outstanding support to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and provide clear, consistent communication.
- Assist in the setup of security services and address any initial concerns.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather resources and information for customers.
- Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer satisfaction post-onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share feedback with the team.
- Stay informed about our security services and industry trends to better assist clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenges calmly.
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
