The Opportunity:

Have you built a successful career in sales, leadership, or business and are ready to build something of your own?

Farmers is looking for entrepreneurial individuals interested in owning and operating their own Farmers Insurance agency throughout Northwest Washington.

This is not a traditional salaried management position. You'll have the opportunity to build your own business, develop a team, grow a substantial client base, and create an enterprise that can grow over time.

New Retail Agencies can earn their regular commissions plus monthly bonus opportunities equal to an additional 340% of commission.

For example, a qualifying agency earning $10,000 in regular commission could potentially earn an additional $34,000 in monthly bonus compensation during the applicable incentive period.

These incentives are designed to help new agency owners invest in people, leads, marketing, and infrastructure while building their business.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Build and operate your own Farmers Insurance agency
• Recruit, train, and develop a high performing team
• Drive sales and develop relationships within your local market
• Build and retain a strong client base
• Reinvest in your business and scale for long term growth
• Develop producers and future agency leaders

Requirements

Who We're Looking For:

We're interested in people with a track record of success in sales, leadership, business ownership, financial services, real estate, automotive, recruiting, hospitality, or other performance driven industries.

You should be:

• Entrepreneurial and motivated to build something of your own
• Comfortable leading and developing others
• Strong in sales, relationship building, and follow up
• Willing to invest in your business for long term growth
• Comfortable taking ownership and responsibility for results

Insurance experience is not required.

Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required prior to appointment. We can help qualified candidates understand and navigate the licensing process.

You own the business, but you won't be building it alone.

Our district office team brings a combined 50+ years of insurance experience and provides:

• Hands on coaching and mentorship
• New agent onboarding and sales training
• Recruiting and staffing support
• Lead generation opportunities
• Sales technology and district lead programs
• Business planning and performance coaching
• Ongoing product, sales, and operational training
• Collaboration with other agency owners

Territory:

Opportunities are available throughout Northwest Washington , from Everett north to the Canadian border and west of the Cascades.
