What You'll Do
As a Entry LEvel Insurance Sales Associate, you'll help prospective and current customers understand their insurance options while building lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Connect with English- and Spanish-speaking customers by phone, in person, and through referrals.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs.
• Explain insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
• Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers and their families.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the entire client experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
