Duration: 12 Months
Location: Manassas, VA (Onsite - 5 Days/Week)

Job Summary:
Seeking a Procurement Specialist with strong high-volume procurement and invoicing experience to support purchasing operations, PO management, supplier coordination, invoice reconciliation, reporting, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement operations, purchase orders, pricing updates, and transactional activities.
Maintain procurement master data, dashboards, trackers, and reporting accuracy.
Support invoice, GR, payment reconciliation, accruals, and period-end close activities.
Track overdue POs/receipts and resolve supplier or stakeholder discrepancies.
Support supplier onboarding, contracts, compliance, and audit documentation.

Required Skills:

Procurement and high-volume transactional experience.
Strong invoicing and supplier/customer coordination skills.
Experience with SAP and/or Ariba preferred.
Detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and reliable.
