Work Overview The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the daily operations across multiple departments including scheduling, intake, staffing, credentialing, compliance, billing, and clinical supportive services. The Operations Manager provides hands‑on leadership to effectively manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships with staff, and travel regularly between clinic locations to provide operational oversight and support. Key Responsibilities Oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple departments to ensure organizational efficiency, compliance, productivity, and quality patient care. Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure consistency in service delivery, patient experience, and clinical support across all sites. Foster a collaborative, accountable, and mission‑driven work environment that promotes employee engagement and professional development. Ensure organizational compliance with healthcare regulations, HIPAA, payer requirements, and company policies. Conduct interviews.
