Responsibilities include:Assign jobs in Eclipse to Estimators. Keep a calendar of how many jobs each Estimator has for each dayClose out all jobs in EclipseCollaborate with other Bid Coordinators for 'out of territory' quotesEnsure effective communication throughout projects team regarding upcoming bidsField phone calls from general contractors, customers, and outside sales repsMaintain open and closed filing of project filesManage the Commercial Projects email inboxPrint and help put together submittals and operation and maintenance manualsPrint copies of jobs already assigned and add customer to the bid list in Eclipse.
