Safety, Security & Facilities Coordinator The Safety, Security & Facilities Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, clean, and functional environment. This hands-on position performs routine maintenance, groundskeeping, safety inspections, janitorial support, and security monitoring while providing operational support through front desk coverage and daily facility lockdown procedures. Additional Areas of Responsibility Perform minor repairs including painting touch-ups, furniture repairs, hardware replacement, and lock adjustments. Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner. Conduct routine groundskeeping and debris removal. Identify and report issues requiring licensed contractors, landlord intervention, City services, or specialized repair providers.
