Sea Rocket Water Adventures is excited to announce an opening for a Social Media & Marketing Internship based in Fort Lauderdale. This full-time, on-site position offers an invaluable opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the leisure and travel industry while contributing to our vibrant marketing team.

As a Social Media & Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience through creative social media strategies. This internship is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in the fast-paced world of marketing, while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics
  • Support the marketing team in executing promotional campaigns
  • Research and identify trends in the leisure and travel industry
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas
  • Help manage customer interactions and community engagement online
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events and promotions

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong passion for social media and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
