The People Concern
The People Concern seeks a Human Resources Partner 2 to provide consultative HR support to executives, driving compliant, strategic people initiatives across the agency. The role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and requires hands-on guidance across employee relations, LOA management, investigations, and policy interpretation.
