Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Draper, Utah Type: Contract Compensation: $22.00 - $26.00/hr Work Model: Onsite Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

Provide customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications.
Maintain good customer relations and resolve customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in accordance with consumer laws.
Develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers.
Create improvement plans in response to customer surveys.

Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
Ability to develop and implement improvement initiatives.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications preferred.
