NorBella Savage, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Culinary Assistant/Server to join our team.

NorBella Savage is located in Savage, MN, just off Egan Drive next to a nice residential neighborhood and community park. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts Available: Part-Time PMs (3:30pm-6:30pm)
Wage: $15.50-$20.50 per hour

In this position, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation, distribution and supply of food and dishes to residents, families, and staff while creating an environment that promotes resident/resident well-being.

Duties Include:

• Set up room trays and tables in dining room, serve and bus trays, pour and cover beverages, and assist in preparing and covering food.

• Transport carts to appropriate areas and deliver trays, when applicable.

• Deliver nourishments and snacks appropriately.

• Maintain a steady work pace to produce an adequate supply of clean kitchen utensils and dishes.

• Soak, scrub, scrape and wash soiled dishes.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• 16 years of age or older

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

• Experience in a senior living setting is preferred.

• Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.

• Must possess strong computer skills.
