As a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you're not just an integral part of the Human Resources department - you're spreading the hight and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Act as one of the first points of contact between hotel team members, managers and the Human Resources TeamProvide elevated customer service to internal and external guests by leveraging interpersonal communication skillsIn partnership with Human Resources leadership, own the employment life cycle of team members to include onboarding and separationParticipate in compliance and customer service training initiativesCoordinate hotel recognition and engagement initiatives to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual celebrationsAdministers and maintains electronic and paper date to include HRIS Systems and excel logsCreate Communication materials to include flyers, newsletters, presentations, and other attractive visual mediaCommunicate complex issues and challenges to Human Resources leadershipMaintain current knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functionsAt Hilton, our core values define what it takes to succeed here and guide the qualities we look for in every team member:A passion for spreading the light and warmth of Hospitality.
