Sr. HR Generalist

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys leading people, partnering with leadership, and driving HR initiatives that support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong benefits administration expertise, prior supervisory experience, and a collaborative leadership style.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted HR partner to leadership and employees.Lead day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, employee education, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.Provide coaching and guidance to managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Supervise and develop HR team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts as needed.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative HR solutions.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Equivalent combination of education and extensive HR experience will be considered.5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.Experience managing direct reports strongly preferred.Strong benefits administration background required.Thorough knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR best practices.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Why Apply?Competitive salary: $75,000 - $85,000 depending on experienceDirect hire opportunityVisible leadership role with influence across the organizationOpportunity to bring fresh ideas and make a meaningful impactCollaborative and team-oriented cultureBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
