Associate Accountant

Together, we'll deliver high-quality products and exceptional service to our clients and achieve great things.What You'll DoPerform routine accounts payable tasks while adhering to established standards, such as 3-way matching, data entries, processing payment, and filing. Communication with vendors and other departments to solve discrepancy issues.Key Areas of Responsibilities:Apply accounting principles, regulations, and policies to all work duties.Reconcile bank accountPerform accounts payable functions: Match vendor invoice, bill of lading, and purchasing order before entering the system and pay according to the terms of the vendors.Participate in part of the month-end closing by getting AP aging report and related documents.Assist in gathering necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.Filing of payment and annual final review of all paperwork.Any other related duties as assigned by supervisorKey Requirements:Working experience: 0- 2 yearsPositive working attitude, patient, detail-oriented, and flexibleHighly organized and willing to be a team playerMust be able to read and write EnglishAuthorized to work in USPreferred Requirements:Able to read and write in Chinese (not required)Sponsorship for EmploymentConexus Food Solutions does not provide sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status).
