Job Description:Assist the Corporate Controller in managing the Company’s accounting and financial activities.Position Responsibilities:Record payroll and monthly accrualsTake ownership of periodic lender reportingReconcile GL accounts to monthly ledgersManage inventory standard cost systemDevelop product cost for potential new product introductionAssist with analyzing of monthly production variancesAssist with the monthly, quarterly and yearly close as neededPrepare adjusting journal entries and various reportsAssist with budget processAssist with review of internal controls and policiesAssist with bank and external auditsAssist in development of KPI’s and profitability measuresPerforms other related duties assigned by managementRequirementsEssential Skills:Related work experience in accounting and/or financeTechnical skills in account reconciliation, standard cost accounting, month-end close responsibilities, financial reporting, etc.Planning and organization: an ability to plan and manage multiple projectsAttention to detailProblem analysis and resolutionExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsHigh performance and a strong team playerComputer proficiency: Microsoft Office 365 and Dynamics GPBachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related fieldMicrosoft Office experienceMicrosoft Dynamics GP experience5 years accounting related experienceExperience with standard costing and inventory control proceduresTo apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io specialized recruiting professionals apply their expertise and utilize our proprietary AI to find you great job matches faster.Job typePerm
