Mid-Level Commercial Litigation Associate A Nashville-based firm is looking to add a mid-level litigation associate to their growing team. Hybrid‑remote schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days working from home. Responsibilities Managing the entire litigation process. Handling disputes related to business, commercial real estate, non‑compete and trade secrets, contracts, corporate governance, and more. Providing legal analysis and strategy to support client objectives. Qualifications Solid experience handling the entire litigation process. Top academic credentials. J.D. required; mid-level experience level. Bonus opportunities starting at $1,850; salary above market, dependent on JD year and experience.
