Responsibilities

Work is primarily in-office over phone calls, emails and texting

Spend your days connecting with local businesses and individuals to build meaningful relationships.

Manage your own daily schedule to ensure you are connecting with the right people at the right time.

Maintain accurate records of your daily interactions using our internal tracking tools.

Participate in morning strategy sessions to sharpen your skills and support your peers.

Present solutions that help our clients achieve their goals, while keeping our company mission front and center.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong comfort level with face-to-face conversations and building rapport.

High energy and a genuine curiosity about helping people solve problems.

Ability to adapt to new situations and learn internal systems quickly.

Reliable transportation for local client meetings in Nashville.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
