Entry Level Sales Representative | Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training

RYNO Enterprises is growing our Nashville sales team, and we're looking for motivated people who enjoy working with others, setting goals, and challenging themselves.

You don't need previous sales experience to get started. We provide  paid training, hands-on experience, and ongoing coaching to help you learn the role and build confidence in sales

What You'll Do:

• Connect with prospective business customers face-to-face
• Learn about customer needs and present appropriate products and services
• Build professional customer relationships
• Work within an assigned sales territory
• Track sales activity and work toward individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and professional development

Compensation & Training:

• Paid initial training
• Commission-based compensation after training
• Uncapped commission opportunity based on individual sales performance
• First-year representatives typically earn approximately $800–$1,200 per week
• Top-performing representatives may earn approximately $1,200–$2,000 per week
• Weekly pay
• Performance-based incentives may be available

Earnings listed are based on representative performance and are not guaranteed. Actual earnings vary based on individual sales results.
