We are a growing sales organization seeking motivated individuals to join our team as  Entry Level Sales Representatives . This is a full-time, in-person opportunity focused on face-to-face sales and customer acquisition with business customers.

No previous sales experience is required. New representatives receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on development designed to build a strong foundation in professional sales.

What You'll Do:

• Connect with prospective business customers within an assigned territory
• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and conversations
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships
• Develop skills in sales, communication, customer acquisition, and business development
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

Compensation & Training:

• Paid training provided
• Uncapped earning potential based on individual sales performance
• Representatives typically earn approximately $41,600–$62,400 annually during their first year
• Weekly pay
• Additional performance-based incentives may be available

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to work full-time and in person
• Reliable transportation
