Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Manager role based in Verona, WI. The Sales & Marketing Manager will oversee all sales and marketing activities to drive occupancy, build brand awareness, and foster strong relationships with prospective residents, families, and referral partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads, conducting tours and consultations, maintaining CRM data, coordinating follow-ups, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process. The role also involves developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and print advertising, organizing community events, and collaborating with the leadership team to align messaging with Park Vista’s mission and values. The Sales & Marketing Manager will regularly analyze market trends, track performance metrics, prepare reports, and support cross-functional initiatives to enhance resident experience and community reputation. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings. Knowledge of marketing principles, including digital marketing, social media, and community outreach, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with residents, families, and professional referral sources. Proficiency with CRM systems, basic data analysis, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. Ability to work on-site in Madison, WI, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Understanding of senior living services, resident-centered care, and sensitivity to the needs of older adults and their families. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
