Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist

Location: Tallahassee, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role entails providing exceptional respiratory care to patients in a variety of clinical settings. The Respiratory Therapist will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care, enhancing the overall patient experience.

Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory assessments and interventions as needed.
Administer aerosol treatments, manage BiPAP and ventilator settings.
Assist with intubations, arterial line insertions, and bedside bronchoscopy.
Participate in daily nursing unit rounds and collaborate with multiple disciplines.
Utilize new technology and equipment for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Valid Respiratory Therapist license.
Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP required.
Experience in critical care, emergency care, ICU, and pediatric settings.
Strong skills in managing various ventilators.
