National Utility Billing Company looking for a Utility Bill Pay Specialist to join our fast growing team.
The Utility Bill Pay Specialist position would include managing, processing and paying utility bills for multiple clients both locally and nationwide, working with various utility providers and helping clients with any questions pertaining to their bills and usage. The position is in line with that of accounting type work without requiring a degree in accounting. Work schedule would be Monday - Friday with shifts from 8:00 - 4:30 or 9:00 - 5:30.
We are looking for a motivated employee who wants to grow with our company and as an individual. We offer a small company feel with the output of a large company and all of the added benefits. We are looking for someone that is looking to be a key part of our company who can work well together and in groups. Applicant would need the following working skills; telephones, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, internet and great writing and verbal skills. Located in the heart of the valley, our office is close to everything.
High School diploma and previous administrative experience preferred.
