Anesthesia Technician

Your future role at a glance Location: Brookfield, WI Facility: Elmbrook Memorial Hospital Department: Surgery Schedule: Day Shift | Part-Time How you'll make an impact in this role Clean, sterilize and set up all anesthesia equipment. Assist anesthesia provider with patient assessment, monitoring, transport, positioning, insertion of intravenous and other invasive lines, and airway management. Provide daily maintenance of equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions. Maintain an adequate inventory of necessary equipment and supplies. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Anesthesia Tech preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Previous experience in a procedural setting that provides anesthesia.
