Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group in accordance with established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; assign tasks as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient management and smooth transitions.
- Monitor patient status, document findings, and respond to changes in condition using critical thinking and independent judgment.
- Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, while maintaining safety and infection control practices.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and the care team to support informed decision-making and care planning.

Requirements
- Current RN license (state as applicable)
- Med Surg nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts
- Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment
- Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication
