ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with our team, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bilingual - Spanish required
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $45,760.00 per year
