Assist with preparation, cooking, and presentation of a variety of dishes using diverse techniques—roasting, baking, sautéing, and more. Supervise kitchen staff, ensure smooth communication, and uphold a professional, respectful work culture. Monitor food safety and sanitation practices including temperature control, storage, and rotation. Train and mentor cooks and prep staff, reinforcing high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Manage station setup, and daily kitchen operations to ensure readiness and precision . Minimize food waste and help manage food cost and inventory controls. Have a solid culinary background and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens . Can lead a team with confidence while working hands-on alongside them. Demonstrate excellent knife skills, station organization, and recipe execution. Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to change. Show initiative and a drive for consistency, creativity, and continuous improvement.
