Our organization is looking for a dedicated Pediatrician to become part of our collaborative and quality-driven team at St. Clare Hospital in Baraboo, Wisconsin.

• Primarily an outpatient role with a 4-day work week, including an option for one day of telemedicine each week, as well as part-time opportunities.
• Utilization of EMR-EPIC and Dax Co-pilot Scribe for enhanced efficiency.
• Newborn nursery call responsibilities only; no pediatric admissions required.
• Opportunity for a faculty appointment and engagement with residents.

• Referrals are managed by an internal team of over 15 primary care physicians.

• Base salary starting at $270,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Sign-on bonus or student loan repayment package totaling $90,000.
