Dentist Job Description

Seeking a caring and patient-focused Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages. Opportunity offers a flexible 3-4 day work week with no on-call or weekend requirements.

Schedule:
• Full-time
• 3-4 days per week
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Office closed Friday afternoons and weekends

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and present treatment plans clearly and honestly
• Perform restorative, extractions, and other general procedures based on comfort and experience
• Build long-term patient relationships through compassionate care
• Collaborate closely with hygienists and support staff
• Help contribute to a team-oriented and patient-focused practice culture

Requirements:
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Wisconsin dental license or ability to obtain one
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Comfortable with digital charting and modern dental technology
• Patient-centered approach with professionalism and integrity
• Team-oriented mindset and desire to grow with the practice
