IMMEDIATE CAREGIVER OPENINGS

Job description: We operate two licensed care homes:  Kalusugan Homes , an Adult Residential Facility (ARF) serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and  Providence Residential Care , a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE). We're hiring reliable, compassionate caregivers for both — tell us which setting interests you, or both.

You'll: assist with personal care and medications, support mobility and transfers, help with meals and activities, encourage independence, and document daily notes and incidents.

You need: 18+ years old, valid CA driver's license or ID, HS diploma/GED, CPR/First Aid within 30 days of hire, and the ability to lift 30+ lbs. Caregiving experience preferred.

Before hire, you'll complete: Background check and fingerprinting, physical, and TB screening.

Additional certifications (training provided): DSP 1 within 12 months; DSP 2 within 24 months; CPI certification, renewed annually.

Shifts:

• AM: Weekends (Sat & Sun) 6:00AM–2:00PM; part-time weekdays (M–F) 5:00AM–9:00AM
• PM: Weekdays (M–F) and weekends (Sat & Sun) 2:00PM–10:00PM
• NOC: Flexible, 10:00PM–6:00AM

Pay: $18 - $21 per hour (depending on experience and certifications)
