• Float Requirements: float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
• On Call/Call Back Requirements: none
• Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS (American Heart), NIHSS Stroke, ACLS, PALS, Active WI RN or Compact license
• Minimum Experience: 2+ years ER experience; At least 1 travel contract completed
• preferred Charting Experience Required: EPIC strictly required within the last 12 months
• Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 17 beds
• Hard worker, Resilient and Manages Change well, Social candidates
• Scrub Colors: Any
• Covid-19 Vaccine Required unless Medical or Religious Exemption applies
• GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation.
• Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
• Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency.
• Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
• REQUIRED EDUCATION:Associate Degree or Certificate PREFERRED
• EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree
