Our client, Bloom Energy, is seeking a professional and customer-focused Client Reception & Corporate Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for executives, clients, board members, and visitors. This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience while supporting front desk operations and corporate visit coordination. Responsibilities

- Welcome and support executive-level visitors and external stakeholders.
- Manage front desk operations, visitor access, phone coverage, and meeting room coordination.
- Coordinate visitor logistics with executive assistants and internal teams.
- Maintain visitor tracking and security protocols.
- Ensure reception and common areas reflect Bloom Energy's professional brand standards.
- Support executive visits, including meeting preparation, signage, and materials.
- Handle inquiries and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with administrative and facilities-related tasks as needed.
- 4+ years of experience in corporate reception, hospitality, executive support, or client-facing roles.
- Experience interacting with senior executives preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and visitor management systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
