This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structured thinking to complex problems, and drives clarity at the leadership level.Description:Partner with the C-Suite and senior leadership to define and execute corporate, divisional, and functional strategiesTranslate complex qualitative and quantitative data into clear insights and actionable prioritiesOwn and drive Front Row’s operating cadence, including annual planning, strategic priorities, and OKRsOwn end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross-functional strategic initiatives from ideation through execution (e.g., AI, competitive intelligence, new expansion opportunities)Lead executive-level communications, including board materials and strategy updatesRequirements6-8 years of relevant experience in strategy, business operations, or consultingBackground includes:2+ years in management consulting2+ years in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth environmentStrong ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insightsProven ability to influence and collaborate across all levels, from junior team members to executivesExcellent project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiativesStrong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial and operational driversAction-oriented, with the ability to move quickly from insight to execution in a fast-paced environmentComfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth businessExperience in consumer brands, ecommerce, marketplaces, or agency environments preferredHighly structured thinker with strong communication and storytelling skillsBased in New York (or willing to relocate)BenefitsHealth, dental, and visionPTOSummer FridaysWellness and commuter benefitsWork with a fun, consultative team of expertsLocation - headquartered in SoHo, New York City with offices in San Diego, Hamburg and BratislavaSALARY: $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus
