The Associate Director will work with the Corporate Strategy team, senior leadership, and subject matter experts to identify, research, and execute on the Firm’s strategic priorities by:Contributing to the creation and supporting the execution of the firm’s strategic planPerforming due diligence on potential new strategies, products, and businessesLeading cross functional projects to build new or improve existing firm capabilitiesINTERFACES WITH:The Associate Director will report to the Head of Strategy and work closely with the other members of the Strategy team as well as members of the Management and Investment Committees and subject matter experts inside and outside the firm.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:Structured, logical thinker with ability to get up to speed on new topics quickly and approach projects in an organized and process-oriented wayIntellectually curious with track record of going beyond surface level analysis with fact-based research and creative, resourceful thinkingOrganized and adaptable with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrentlyDemonstrated analytical rigor in quantitative and qualitative analysis and financial modelingStrong written and verbal communication with ability to condense research into concise viewsEDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE:3+ years of post-MBA or 7+ total years of consulting, investment banking, and/or corporate strategy experienceExposure to and demonstrated interest in financial services
